Current Openings

Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the HOA/POA and community management market. Build relationships with community managers and board members, conduct product demonstrations, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and messaging.

Own the post-sale client relationship to ensure long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth. Lead onboarding and implementation for new communities, develop success plans aligned to each client’s operational goals, monitor product adoption, and proactively identify opportunities for optimization or expansion. Act as a strategic partner to community managers and community teams, ensuring they realize measurable value from the Atezza platform while strengthening renewals and referrals.

Provide timely, accurate, and solution-focused technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot platform issues, document cases, escalate complex problems when necessary, and ensure clear resolution communication. Maintain knowledge base resources, identify recurring issues, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve system performance and user experience. Support the Customer Success team by ensuring clients receive efficient issue resolution and a consistent service experience.
